If you receive a defective product, please notify our staff immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

However, there are certain conditions we must clarify:

  • We cannot accept returns for products purchased through other retailers.
  • Incorrectly purchased items or products damaged due to customer error are not eligible for returns.
  • Non-damaged items or items delivered incorrectly are also excluded from our return policy.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once your claim is approved, you’ll be instructed to send the items back to our global warehouse in Asia. Please be aware that any shipping costs associated with the returns will be borne by the purchaser.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
